bonn hoeren bonn hoeren ist ein projekt der »beethovenstiftung für kunst und kultur der bundesstadt bonn«. seit 2010 wird jedes jahr ein bedeutender klangkünstler zum stadtklangkünstler bonn berufen. die künstlerischen forschungen und präsentationen der stadtklangkünstler stehen in engem bezug zur stadt bonn, ihren bürgern und besuchern, und deren alltäglichen innerstädtischen lebens- und arbeitsbereichen.
bonn hoeren is a »beethovenstiftung für kunst und kultur der bundesstadt bonn« project. every year since 2010 a respected sound artist has been appointed city sound artist bonn. the topic of the city sound artist’s research and presentations is closely connected to the city of Bonn, its citizens and visitors, and to its daily inner-city living and working spheres.

zum april 2012 hat die beethovenstiftung den dritten bonner stadtklangkünstler berufen: andreas oldörp. der 1959 in lübeck-travemünde geborene künstler ist einer der pioniere in der klangkunst, der mit natürlich erzeugten klängen im öffentlichen raum arbeitet. von der objekt- und installationskunst kommend, beschäftigt sich oldörp seit 1985 mit den wechselwirkungen von klang und raum. das thema von bonn hoeren 2012 ist klangkunst und architektur.
the beethovenstiftung appointed its third city sound artist bonn in april 2012: andreas oldörp. born in 1959 in lübeck-travemünde, the artist is a sound art pioneer who works with naturally occurring sounds, also in public spaces. with his roots in object and installation art, oldörp began his work on the interactions between sound and space in 1985. the focal point of bonn hoeren 2012 is sound art and architecture.
